Pay: €14.50–€15.25 per hour depending on experience and role

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Food Safety & Compliance – Follow all food safety protocols and ensure everything we serve meets the highest safety standards.

2. Hygiene Hero – Keep the kitchen spotless and ensure equipment is always sanitised and safe to use.

3. Allergen Alert – Understand allergens and help ensure every dish is safely prepared for all customers.

4. Recipe Rundown – Work with prep sheets and help keep the kitchen running smoothly with accurate, consistent prep.

5. Flavour Focus – Care deeply about taste and presentation. You know great food when you see (and taste) it.

6. Process Perfection – Know the menu, ingredients and procedures inside out. Follow our SOPs to keep everything efficient and consistent.

7. Helping Hand – Support the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation, and keeping an eye on kitchen operations.

8. All Hands-on Deck – Ready to jump in when it’s busy, support the service line and work wherever you’re needed most.
