The Role

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality
  Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in a fast-paced food environment.

• Strong people leadership skills
  Comfortable coaching, giving feedback, recognising great work, and helping others grow.

• Leads from the front
  Hands-on, visible, and confident setting the standard during busy services.

• High standards & attention to detail
  Takes pride in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and delivering a great customer experience.

• Positive, values-led mindset
  Brings good energy, treats everyone with respect, and leads with generosity and integrity.

• Organised and dependable
  Able to manage schedules, stock, and day-to-day operations calmly and consistently.
