The Role

As a leader at Sprout, you set the tone for your team and your restaurant. You create an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and proud of the work they do. You lead by example on the floor — showing the right way, guiding others, and stepping in when needed.

Your role is about more than keeping service moving. It’s about developing people, giving feedback, recognising wins, and helping your team grow in confidence and responsibility. At the same time, you make sure the details are right — from food quality and safety to schedules, stock, and budgets.
