As the Leader of our restaurant, our General Managers set the tone for our teams and embody the face of our brand. They ensure everyone who sets foot in our restaurants have the best Sprout experience by driving our core values and culture throughout. Our General Managers blend superb operational skills with authentic, hardworking leadership.
Your responsibilities will include everything from mentoring and developing team members to managing all aspects of restaurant operations. You'll ensure that every customer has the best experience possible. We're looking for a quick-thinking problem solver who is a skilled communicator, highly detail-oriented, and exceptionally organised.
What's in it for you!
Enhanced Salary Package: €45,000-€50,000 with bonus potential of 20% pro rata in 2026 and minimum 10% bonus thereafter
Success Bonus – A performance-based bonus will also be available based on hitting agreed goals in the first 6 months. We’ll confirm these targets and bonus details closer to opening, but this will be designed to reward a successful launch and strong leadership from day one.

Performance Management: Set clear expectations and give constructive feedback that helps the team improve and succeed.

Quality Guardian: Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, portioning, and presentation across every shift.
Health & Safety Leadership: Champion the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the restaurant, ensuring all regulations and protocols are followed.
Stock & Cost Management: Oversee stock takes, manage inventory, and maintain strong control over food and labour costs.
Sustainability in Action: Help minimise waste and encourage sustainable practices in the kitchen and restaurant.
Scheduling & Planning: Create effective schedules that balance the needs of the business with the well-being of the team.
Shift Oversight: Ensure each shift runs smoothly with clear roles, good communication, and strong leadership on the floor.

What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone ready to lead a restaurant and take real ownership.
Experience: At least 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, including leadership or management responsibility.
Leadership Ability: You know how to build strong teams and bring out the best in people.
Communication: Clear, confident communication with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Operational Awareness: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, standards, and organisation.
Love for Food: A genuine appreciation for fresh food, quality, and presentation.
Organised & Reliable: You can manage multiple priorities while keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
Curious & Growth-Oriented: You want to keep learning and developing as a leader.
Great Level of English: You can communicate clearly with the team and customers and understand safety procedures.
