We’re opening our brand-new Clontarf restaurant later this Autumn, and we’re starting to build the brilliant Leadership team who’ll bring it to life.

As a Team Leader, you help set the tone for the whole restaurant. You’ll support your Restaurant Leader, lead great shifts, develop the people around you and help make sure our food, service and standards stay high every day.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves working with people and wants to keep growing as a leader.

Contract: Full-time
Pay: €16.35–€18 per hour, depending on experience and role

What you’ll do

Lead the team

Support your Restaurant Leader and help set the team up for success. Lead from the front, communicate clearly and make sure everyone knows what’s expected.

Develop people

Support new starters, coach people day to day and give clear, useful feedback. Spot potential in others and help them build confidence and take their next step.

Create a great place to work

Build strong relationships across the team, encourage open communication and help create a culture where people feel supported, recognised and included.

Deliver brilliant hospitality

Make sure customers feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Step in when something goes wrong and help turn difficult moments into positive ones.

Protect our standards

Keep a close eye on food quality, portioning, prep, presentation, cleanliness and restaurant procedures so standards stay consistent throughout the day.

Run great shifts

Own the daily shift plan, make sure everyone knows their role and keep things moving when it gets busy.

Support the restaurant

Work closely with your Restaurant Leader on stock, waste, rostering, recruitment, retention and the day-to-day things that keep the restaurant running well.

Champion safety

Make sure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are understood and followed by everyone.

A little about experience

We’d ideally like you to have around 2 years’ experience in hospitality or another fast-paced, high-standard environment, with some experience leading people or taking responsibility for shifts.

You’ll need to communicate confidently, stay organised when there’s a lot happening and be comfortable holding standards across food, service, safety and the team.

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes responsibility and wants to become a stronger leader.
