As a Restaurant Leader at Sprout, you set the tone for the whole restaurant.
You’re responsible for the people, the standards, the customer experience and the overall performance of the site. You’ll lead from the front, develop your team, make strong decisions and create a restaurant that people genuinely want to work in and come back to.
This is a role for someone who combines strong operational thinking with real care for people, food and hospitality.

Contract: Full-time

Free lunch every day you work, and 50% off Sprout for you + 3 friends at other times (we want you to be healthy)
Real opportunities to grow, we love promoting from within
Leadership development through Sprout University
Regular team socials, celebrations and leadership events

Flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful from the inside out
What you’ll do
Lead and develop your people
Build a strong team, set clear expectations and create an environment where people can do their best work. Coach your leaders, give useful feedback and help people grow into bigger roles.
Build the right team
Take ownership of attracting, hiring and retaining great people who fit the Sprout attitude and have the potential to grow with us.
Create a great place to work
Build trust, encourage open communication, recognise great work and create a culture where people feel respected, included and part of the team.
Own restaurant performance
Understand how your restaurant is performing and take action where needed. Keep a close eye on sales, labour, cost of goods, waste and other key drivers of restaurant-level P&L.
Run strong operations
Make sure the day-to-day basics are done brilliantly — stock, scheduling, prep, checklists, documentation and the systems that keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Deliver on our Promise
Create a restaurant where customers feel genuinely welcome, safe and looked after. Pay attention to feedback, NPS and what you’re hearing in the restaurant, then use it to make the experience better.
Protect our Product
Make sure the food we serve is consistently excellent. Oversee quality checks, portioning, prep, presentation and the standards behind every dish.
Champion safety and compliance
Take ownership of food safety, health & safety, legal documentation and restaurant compliance. Make sure standards are understood, followed and properly documented.
Keep getting better
Look for ways to improve the restaurant, challenge how things are done when needed and create a culture of continuous learning across the team.
You’ll probably love being a Restaurant Leader at Sprout if...
You genuinely enjoy leading people and helping them grow
You’re comfortable taking full ownership of a restaurant
You can balance people, customer experience and commercial performance
You like being hands-on and visible rather than managing from the office
You’re comfortable giving clear feedback and having difficult conversations
You care deeply about food, hospitality and standards
You’re organised and good at turning lots of moving parts into a clear plan
You’re curious and always looking for ways to improve
You treat people with respect regardless of role or seniority
You bring energy and personality without losing sight of the detail
If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can stay in the background, avoid accountability or leave standards and people development to someone else, this probably isn’t the one.
A little about experience
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced, high-standard environment.
You’ll need experience leading and developing teams, managing day-to-day operations and taking responsibility for commercial performance. A good understanding of P&L, labour, stock, waste, food safety and compliance will be important.
Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who can build trust, make good decisions and create a restaurant culture that people want to be part of.
If you’re ready to take real ownership, lead from the front and build a brilliant restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.
