We wanted to change how people experience fast food—proving that it could be fresh, delicious, and made with real ingredients.Today, we serve over 6,000 people daily across Dublin and Kildare in eight different locations, with our newest restaurant opening in Monkstown in March 2025. Each location is a reflection of our mission: to help people rediscover real food.

A Farm of Our Own
In 2018, we took things a step further by starting our own organic farm in Rathcoffey, Kildare. Instead of just sourcing locally, we wanted to grow our own produce—to experiment, to learn. The farm allows us to work directly with the land, growing leaf for our restaurants and potentially testing out new ingredients before they ever hit the menu. It’s a big part of who we are—knowing where our food comes from and making sure it’s grown the right way.
